Random unimportant person??

Hi I've often encountered these two phrases in some context but I don't understand exactly what they mean by looking back and forth of the context. Could anyone help explain me what the following two phrases actually mean?? Thank you.

1. Random unimportant person
2. Random unimportant facts

Random in this usage is a colloquialism meaning unidentified, undistinguished, not special, or selected for no particular reason. It's probably not absolutely necessary in either of these examples (since the subjects are already called unimportant ), but may be useful in context. com are pretty close.
