Ran into /crashed (into)

Can I say

(a) He ran into /crashed (into) / bumped (into)the big stone on the road and his bicycle lost the balance.

(b) He crashed into the stone and lost his balance to control the bicycle. He cried in pain for help. A man saw he was in pain and sent him to hospital.
