This is quite confusing sentences to me. So I put somewhat long paragraph for your referrence below.

Any comments would be a big help for me!

1. Who can be “those who” in this context? Principles in the cohort? OR others?
2. What can be “do so”? Mastering the skills required of a change agent? OR anything else?
3. What is the meaning of “ramp-up time” in this context?
(I looke it up in the onlin dicaitonaries and found a few definitions. Still I couldn’t have any idea about the meaning.)
4. As for the phrase “peer learning opportunities”, at first I thought the phrase refer to students. But later, I suspect it might mean the principles. In this context, who do you think “the peer” refers to or means ?
5. What is the subject of “to demand”? Schools of education? OR future teachers and school leaders?

Principals are the lead change agents in this process. M describes the principal as a lead learner, both pushing and pulling other stakeholders toward success and ownership of success. Principals engaging in expanded learning must master the skills required of a change agent, in collaboration with a supportive leadership team. Through peer learning opportunities, we hope this first cohort of ExpandED Schools principals can help those who aspire to expand the school day to do so without reenacting mistakes and with a reduced ramp-up time.
We look to schools of education to ensure future teachers and school leaders expect to lead collaboration and culture change in their jobs and to demand it of the districts in which they work.
