Raised or Brought Up / On or Off/ Many or Much

Could you please help me by telling how to properly say these sentences?

- Who raised/brought you up? /How were you raised/brought up?
- Other than when we are asleep, we haven't gone 2 hours without talking to each other.
- She makes a living on/off.....
- How many/much people are here?
