Hello people! I'm looking for a specific combination to create a raised 1, but I cant find it anywhere. I need it for the Notes section in my book, so I can properly designate a raised number 1 to a word within the text. Does anyone know how I can write a raised number one with a keyboard?
ALT + 253 = ² ALT + 0179 = ³
Thanks!

You can also use the "footnote" or "endnote" feature in Word. Use "insert reference". It will keep track of the numbers for you, so if you move text, it will move the reference and footnote. Footnotes are at the bottom of the page. Endnotes are at the end of the document.
Thanks, but i can only use the Alt + command because I am constructing the book in another software which recognizes the ALT commands as well. If i simply paste the raised 1 into that software, it pastes it not raised.
In which case, is there an ALT + command to write raised rd, or st. Example: 3rd, 1st.
