1. Are these sentences correct?

We will raise your salary.

We will give you a raise.

2. If both expression are correct, which of them is more common?

In a formal letter, like with company logo, does that mean "We will raise your monthly salary" should be used?

No. In a formal letter such things are never said so simply. If you got a real letter from your company that said you were getting a raise, it would be worded in such a way that you would be unsure what it said! A great many legalistic-s
