Rain, it comes and goes swiftly in the season of spring.

In spring, rain comes here as quickly as it goes away.

Hi,

We have lots of rain here in spring, but it comes and goes quickly. I wonder which one in the above sounds better. If neither, how would you word it? Thanks.

That comma after spring gives emphasis to the time of spring. I would leave it out, unless you intend to say this is specific to spring.
