Raider shirt or Raiders shirt?

I'm confused between the two. Just posted under general but I think should be here instead. Also, i just registered.

Is it:

a) I have a Raider shirt. I am a Raider fan.

b) I have a Raiders shirt. I am a Raiders fan.
