Ragged

I'm a bit confused what is the correct way to pronounce "ragged"? Is it "ragd" as in the first link or "ragid" as in the second?

1. http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/ragged

2. http://www.bartleby.com/61/12/R0021200.html

They are both correct. If you look at the fdictionary definitions they are talking about different meanings. For ragged as in teased or bullied - it is ragd.
