Rage and storm

Hi

Are the red words natural English in this sentence? Could you please offer me one or two more carrying the same meaning?

He stormed into the room and started shouting at the top of his lungs.

or

He raged into the room and started shouting at the top of his lungs.

"Rage" does not work. "Storm" is perfect, except I would have him already shouting as part of the storm: "He stormed into the room shouting at the top of his lungs."
