The opposite is The temperature has gone up rapidly.

The temperature has gone up radically.This means it is now much, much high

It's hard to say what the opposite of a sentence is.

"The temperature has gone up gradually."

? gone down gradually
? gone down rapidly
The third one seems to be the most opposite. But I think it's an odd question to ask and answer.
