I had a chat with an American a few days, and in his conversation, his "r" sound was so strong even in "car". In British English, if I am right, "r" sound isn't as strong as American like in saying "car" or "player ", the "r" sound in like "car" is often omitted.
Am I right?
Thanks in advance
