"you both" versus "both of you"

Hi,

In a business letter, what is the best (or correct) sentence as follows:

"We have been contacted by ______ regarding an overdue debt owed by ______ and you both, as guarantors.

OR

We have been contacted by ______ regarding an overdue debt owed by ______ and both of you, as guarantors.
