"With fashion" or "in a fashion"?

In the following sentence:
"People that respond to my post with extreme retarded fashion are not welcome"

Am I right in saying that 'with extreme retarded fashion' is incorrect?
Could you break down why it's wrong as a confirmation for me? Thanks in advance.

Just to make sure:

My question was "am I right in saying it's incorrect?"
You replied no to this, followed by you correcting the initial sentence. A bit contradicting. I'm assuming you misread? (Just making sure here)

Could you possibly explain to me WHY "with .... fashion" is incorrect?

>My question was "am I right in saying it's incorrect?"

Yes. The other isn't used, thus not idiomatic.

Aren't you going to Susan's party then?

No, I'm not going. (Much more common than "Yes, you're right that I'm not going.")

By asking the question "Am I right in thinking it's wrong" a response of "No, that's not right" is likely along with "Yes, you're right that it's

Using the word 'retarded' in some sentences may offend some...

Yes, it is quite offensive when meant to imply someone is stupid, but I believe that's why Marius suggested that what the original poster had meant was "delayed" as in "not timely."
