"Who" and continuous tenses

0 Hello all,02br

00I am unsure if one can use "who" followed by a continuous tense. For example, "I saw our little daughter, Francesca, who 05000 smiled at me and shouted "Mommy, Mommy! As we stepped out of the restricted area, Francesca, who (carry) carried a rose, came up to me and gave me a big hug." In this case, am I justified to use "who smiled" and "who carried" or should I use a continuous tense after a "who" clause?02br
