Hi,

I thought using ATM does involve internet.

I'm really not sure. When my bank is closed and I stand at the ATM outside their door, is the bank really asking me to enter my bank accout info, pin number, etc. via the internet? I would think there would be major security concerns, and that they would at least have to inform me of them. But maybe not.
