"up to" meaning

Hi!
I am new in the comunity and I'm a little bit confused about this Harry Potter expression:

I solemnly swear that I am up to no good.
Mischief Managed

I found "up to" but I think that wasn't what I was looking for.
Hope somebody can help me.
Thanks
