"to take responsibilities" or "to take on new responsibilities"

0Hello,02br
02br
00Firstly, I'm not sure if I should post this one in vocabulary or in grammar, so my apologies if I posted in the wrong forum.02br
02br
00I am looking to say in my personal profile (CV) that thanks to my proactive attitude, I have been given more and more responsibilities as time goes... But I have a small dilemna regarding the appropriate phrasing to use... 02br
02br
00Should I say:02br
01b00In addition, my proactive attitude allowed me to take responsibilities and to develop my organisational and team working skills.02b02br
00or02br
01b00In addition, my proactive attitude allowed me to take on new responsibilities and to develop my organisational and team working skills.02b02br
02br
00Both sounds ok in my French mind but I do believe that the first one is correct.02br
00So which one do you reckon I should you? Or should I use another sentence?02br
02br
00Thanks in advance for your help.02br
02br
00Cheers,02br

02br 00So which one do you reckon I should you? 02br 02br 01font 00The normal verb form for responsibilities in such a context is 'take 01i 00on'02i 00. 02font 02br 02br 01font 00In addition, I would say 'new', because 'new' implies that you already had some responsibilities before you took on the 'new' ones.
