Technically both are fine, but there is a grave problem within style.

sounds very cocky. You doubled me,my = my + myself

It is like you are say

I think that if you and I are going to work on this as a team (for example, working together, can we paint the garage in one day, and if so, I'll buy dinner), then to "you and me" is a good choice.

But if we each are supposed to meet this challenge separately (let's say, we are each supposed to lose ten pounds), then I recommend writing it as my challenge to you and my challenge to mysel
