"Ticked off"

Sometimes i hear people say they are PO'd when using the term "*** off". Have you ever heard anyone say they are "TO'd" when using the term "ticked off"? If so, is it common?

(It would get quite confusing if people began to say "tee'd off", on the model
of "pee'd off".)
