"send" or "send to"?

Hi friends,

Please help me with the following. Which of the following are correct?

Please send her a mail.
Please send a mail to her.
Please send to her a mail. (This sounds a bit odd to me, but I would want to know if this construct is grammatical)

I have the same question when it comes to using verbs such as grant, pass, do and a few more I'm not able to recall at the moment.

Grant them the required privileges.
Grant the required privileges to them.

Pass me the bowl.
Pass the bowl to me.

I'm sure this victory would do a world of good to his confidence.
I'm sure this victory would do his confidence a world of good.
