"...relax myself with music/..."

Hi,

Which one sounds more natural? How would a native English speaker express this?

A.When I am stressed I relax myself with music.

B. When I am stressed I relax myself by listening to music.

A.When I am stressed I relax myself with music.

B. When I am stressed I relax myself by listening to music.


Both sound OK, except it's not really necessary to say 'myself'. I'd probably say B.

Hi again,

'When I am stressed' just focuses on that as the causing the need for relaxation.

Sometimes I relax although I don't really feel stressed.
