"Can you reach internet access where you are now, I have something important to send you"

Hi Anon I'd say it this way: " Do you have internet access where you are now? I have something important to send you. " If you specifically want to use the word 'reach', how about this: Can I reach you via the Internet/via e-mail?

Other alternatives may be:

"Have you got internet access where you are now?" (British English, where Americans would more likely use Yankee's example)

"Can you access the internet where you are now?" (sounds slightly more formal)
