To pull sth/sb apart is to separate two things or people. E.g. "Can't you see that he is pulling us apart?"
I wonder if there is a phrasal verb with the opposite meaning? I haved looked up the antonyms of this phrasal verb in a thesaurus already but it doesn't work with phrasal verbs.
