Please, could you tell me the meaning of the following tongue twister ?

- Picky people pick Peter Pan peanut - butter, 'tis the peanut-butter picky people pick. By the way what's the meaning of 'tis ?

It's a "tongue twister." They don't have to make a lot of sense - they are just supposed to be hard/fun to say.

People who are picky (selective) in their choices choose the brand of peanut butter called Peter Pan. It (Peter Pan peanut butter) is the choice of these picky people.

Personally, I prefer Skippy.
