"Personal Learnings" - Right meaning?

Hello,

I am currently writing my internship report and I just came accross a problem...

I am trying to find a "name" to a specific part of this report.
In this part, I'm expected to explain what I learned as the result of the international/cross-cultural aspects of the placement.
I was thinking of calling this part "Personal Learnings" but a friend told me that it is not appropriate.
Since he is not an English native, neither am I (obviouslyEmotion: wink ), I would like to know if this "Personal Learnings" title would be appropriate or not?
If not, any piece of advice to rephrase it will be more than Welcome Emotion: big smile

Thanks in advance
Regards,
Ludo

Hmmm... It sounds sort of ok in a conversation, but not in a formal report. How about something like "widened horizons" or just "what I've learned"?

Try to have a look at previous reports.

Nevertheless, many academic and business assignment requests sections on Personal Learnings. Therefore, I would not say it is innapropriate. However, I am also not native English speaking either...
