"over" and "concerning"

Hello Teachers,

Would you please let me know are there any differences between "over" and "concerning" ? "over" can replace "concerning" in some sentences, right?

  • So, use 'over' with verbs and sentences that suggest different opinions , eg You can say 'They quarrelled/argued over money' but not 'They talked/discussed over money'.
