"neglect"

I knew a person who likes to sing songs in front of us,but unfortunately, he's song sounds not so appealing to us,so ,I often hear people saying that

"he sings without reguard for the feelings of the others"

Q:

Does that sound fine ? and here are 2 more examples I can come up with

"without consideration for the feelings of the others"

"he always neglects others feelings"

"care nothing about others' feelings"

Which one do you prefer ,or what else do you prefer?

You're right. "he's inconsiderate" is just the same as the answer. The answer is "he's most inconsiderate". Thank you!
