"much" "many" not sounding stuck-up
Could you give us some example sentences where "much" or "many" in declarative sentences (the opposites of question sentences) sounds OK in speech?
I hear to say "Much is discussed..." or "Many disagrees" sound stuck up.

I don't think it sounds stuck up. But some may prefer to use "a lot" instead of "much."
There is much to talk about = There is a lot to talk about
