What does it mean? The sentence was: "He'll feel like a jerk if he doesn't. Me telling him to (do something), like this and all."

2. and all ] "and so on", "etc."

"And all" in the sense "etc." usually occurs only in informal spoken English; it's usually pronounced "an' all".
