"It's very much" as in "Thank you"?

Hello,

if any of you own "The Corrs Unplugged", put it on and listen to "Radio". I'm pretty sure they say "Thank you." and: "It's very much." as a response to the applause. I never heard that before. Can you really say that and does it mean the same as "Thank you"? Or did she say something else?

Thanks in advance,

chris-

I haven't heard the recording, but I'll wager she said 'Thank you-- thanks very much', which is a standard response to applause. 'It's very much' is unnatural.

OK, I've uploaded it as an mp3. To me it sounds a lot like "It's...".

You can hear it at http://www.davion.de/thankyou.mp3
The file is only 124 KB.

Good idea, Chris!

She says what I said, that is, 'thank you, thanks very much', though the 'th' of 'thanks' is pronounced weakly, as is the 'k'-- in IPA I would write something like /t(h)æns/.

I'm sure it would have been 'thank you, thanks very much.' The Corrs have quite strong Irish accents so it would be easy to been thrown-off if you are not used to it.
