"It's not" versus "It isn't"

0 Please, could you explain when do we use "It's not" and when "It isn't". For example, people say: 02br
001.- It's not fair. Why people don't say "It isn't fair" 02br
002.- It isn't my shirt or It's not my shirt. Why both are correct? 02br
003.- A: Is this your cat? B: No, it isn't. Why people don't say "No, it's not" 02br
