"It's no big deal." and "It's not a big deal."

Hi all,

What is the difference between the sentence "It's no big deal." and "It's not a big deal."?
In my understanding, "no" is supposed to come before noun. And, "not" usually comes before adjective.
Is that correct?

Thank you,
