"Invest Australia"

0 A few days ago, while flipping through a magazine, I happened to see this advertisement. It had been issued by the Australian government welcoming prospective investors to their country. Its caption was: "Invest Australia". Is this correct? I'd have said: "Invest in Australia". However, since it had been issued by a government body, that too of an English-speaking country, I don't think it can be wrong. But can someone please tell me how omitting "in" in this example is justified? Thanks. 0-
