which one is correct:

The employees will retire "at" their job.

The employees will retire "in" their job.

I think it is best to say, "The employees will retire from their jobs." It is jobs for me because even within a company, employees' job descriptions might be differerent.
Wait for others though.

My question is not about "from" retiring a job but it is about doing something at that job, or in that job.
Which is correct?

I will continue to work at my job
I will continue to work in my job
