"if he HAD enough time" / "if he HAS enough time"

Greetings,
Can anyone tell me difference between :

a)He would come if he HAD enough time
b)He would come if he HAS enough time
c)He would have come if he HAD enough time

All i know is that a) and b) tells abt future and c) tells about past.Emotion: smile
is a) even correct? Its taken from STICKY thread (http://www.EnglishForward.com/English/MayWouldCouldGuestLamboo/lxw/Post.htm)

Thank you.
