"...I speak badly of him' ?

Suppose you don't really find someone is a nice person and you don't want others to talk about that particular person with you. Could you say 'Don't ask me that question. I speak badly of him' when someone asks you what you think about that person?

If you want to avoid discussing the person at all it sounds more natural to say

'I don't want to talk about him/her'.
