does it bother you if I add something to your question? I think it would be interesting to know if there is any difference beween "flip through", "leaf through", "skim through", etc., apart from "browse through".
I think they're all supposed to mean the same, but some are probably much more common than others.

Ah, ok GG, I'll consider them practically synonyms. I like "flip through" the most, anyway.
