"High building" or "tall building"

0A few days ago, our teacher asked this question. We was dronning : "High" but our teacher shaked his head. He said that: "In this case you should use tall" . I dont know why. We always use the word: high instead of tall. But as he said, I was very surprise. So could you so kind to help me out: Which one is better in the case? Iwas so confuse and I thought that he was joking us, wasn't he? 0-

0Thank Grammar Greek and Seloc@n but in this case, why we use tall instead of high. Yesterday I asked some English people. They said that "both are Ok in the case" .Now it seems some Native Speakers consider high and tall are the same. Anyway thank for paying attention for my question. Have a good day, everybody.0-
