hi...that's a really good question! hereby also means nearby. it does not fit the sentence in that context. it means "as a result of this.....". this is how you use 'hereby'= I hereby resign as a president of the class for today. or i hereby give you the permission to touch my laptop. Hope that you understand how to use 'Hereby' now. Good luck!![H]

This email took you out of consideration. Typos, same phrases used twice, big words. You should keep it conversational and to the point. Hereby/Herewith/Herein and any other such are not even used in follow up emails by attorneys. Less is more in this case.
