I don't quite understand what you are up to, Hly, but the only phrase familiar to me is #3-- guest speakers . The others seem odd.

some information:

the guest is asked to annouce the name of award winner (like in the Oscar award)

and for example different guest will annouce the different individual prize winner's name.

I think "guest speaker" is very good one ,Thank you:!

In Hollywood, they call such people presenters.

The term guest speaker suggests the person will give a speech with more length and content.
