"for most"

hi, i am reading an article about food pyramid and come across a phrase "multiple vitamins for most", what is the meaning of "for most"? i guess that it's about one may take multiple vitamins when needed. thks!

it appears in a diagram of food pyramid and explains the second top level (which says "dairy or calcium supplement"). the explanation for the top level (which reads "red meat, butter, etc.) is "use sparingly". below these two explanations goes "alcohol in moderation (unless cotnra-indicated)".

Perhaps it means you should take multiple vitamins to get most of your dairy or calcium supplement?

{ This sentence is OK grammatically, but I don't know if it's good nutritional advice. }

I think it just means that most people, but not absolutely everyone, should take multiple vitamins.
