"for and against composition" - please check if it is correct.

This is my homework. Can you check it? What`s wrong? Thanks a lot in advance.

Public healt service in Poland - advantages and disadvantages.

Nowadays public health service situation in Poland isn`t good. Our government has not enough money for pension for medical stuff, and medical utensils is too old. Maybe it`s only momentary situation. However, there are advantages and disadvantages of public health service in Poland.
The main advantage of public health service is propably availablility for all citizens of Poland. Secondly, this health service is unpaid. We must pay insurance premium, but it`s automatically counted off our pension. When we need a seriously operation or intervention we needn`t pay for it. In my opinion it`s very good solution. We needn`t care about the money, when we are in bad financial situation and we must go to hospital.
Unfortunatelly, polish authorities can`t manage of our public health service. For time to time they change the rules and there is a big chaos. For example, when we want go to doctor we must wait about 2-3 monts. This is the main reason, that polish people are still grumbling on public health service.
In conclusion, I think that public health service is a good idea but we must learn how to menage it and making better decissions.
