Quotes And commas

I wad told that commas don't have to introduce quotes any more. The quote is enough and we don't need commas. Would you think then that these are correct examples? If their wrong how would you write them?

Ex. Nathan said "Stop teasing your cousin."
"Stop teasing your cousin" Nathan said.
"Stop teasing your cousin" Nathan said "or you will be grounded."
