"End of scale" adjectives (hidden superlatives)

Could anyone provide a comment on these ajdectives?
I'm not sure what the exact name of this category of adjectives is. They was reffered to me as:
"End of scale" adjectives (hidden superlatives) without any further explanation "what is going on".
Even the slightest notice will be appreciated.
I didn't find a word about them.

"End of scale" adjectives or "Non-gradable" adjectives are adjectives that cannot be intensified or compared (cannot add inflectional suffix, in this case, Comparative -er and Superlative -est, or degree word or adverb such as very, rather or quite.) Examples of "End of scale" adjectives are complete, final, fundamental, basic, impossible, and main.
