"David’s is quite a nice school, isn’t it?" David's school? Davids High S?

‘David’s is quite a nice school, isn’t it?’

Is it refering to the school which David goes to or the school with the name David?

Thanks in advance.

Best wishes,

PBF

Hi, hmm, I don't know! I would say it could mean either, but lets' wait for a native speaker.
