"Commercial offer" is that english?

Hello,

I have to write answer a fake call for tenders in one a my sales class...
I was going to use as title “MY_CAMPANY_NAME's Commercial offer to the attention of Mr. ***”

But one friend says that it's not english... What do you think?

Correct or not correct? That is the question Emotion: big smile

Regards,
Ludo
