"CLEAR THE *** OUT OF THE WAY"

Hello, I don't understand very well what exactly means to say Max to Duke on this sentence:

'Max used to always want to fight Duke for fucking up the tempo in the group. (...) Then Max would scream at Duke,
"CLEAR THE FUCK OUT OF THE WAY, (***), you fucking up the tempo again."

Someone to help me?
