"be it be"

Hi,

The following modal types are quite unfamiliar to me in my experience with modals, however,I frequently happen to see them on different occasions. Is it just what we call a deviant spelling? or a newly coined word?

"would be it be", "could be it be", "should be it be", "will be it be", "might be it be"

samples :

1. How great would be it be to do this?

2. If you had one wish what would be it be?

3. would be it be possible to increase the amount of venues they will play

4. I decided we'd do it ourselves, since it was only twenty feet, and how hard could be it be to dig a twenty foot, 18" deep trench?

5. How hard could be it be to throw on some leather and yell at some Poms?

6. Ahh thankyou Tim I thought that might be it be I wasnt sure.

7. And if so, what might be it be like?

Thanks for your comments

Dear Kilimanjaro,

It is my opinion also that they are typographical errors.

We may take this example «6. Ahh thankyou Tim I thought that might be it be I wasnt sure» and surmise that the second «be» should be «but».

It is a most common phenomenon in an age of electronic communication, no?
