Quotations in a Literary Analysis

When implementing quotes in a Literary Analysis essay, what do you do if you want to take bits and pieces of sentences and combine them into one single quote? For instance, I want to incorporate the italicized bits in these sentences into one quote.
The thousand injuries of Fortunato I had borne as I best could, but when he ventured upon insult I vowed revenge.

At length, I would be avenged.


A wrong is unredressed when retribution overtakes its redresser.

I must not only punish but punish with impunity.
